Start your day right with Quick Healthy Egg Muffin! LOADED with vegetables, mozzarella cheese and spices. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult or be boring! It’s not only ideal for breakfast , but also dinner and even as snacks between meals.
5 eggs raw
1/2 cup chopped onion
Chopped piece of mozzarella cheese
Chopped tomatoes (seeds removed from inside)
1 tbs flour all purposes
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
1 tbs red hot chili powder
Salt for tasting
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Lightly grease Silicone Muffin Pan ( The Pan I Use is for baking 6 muffins at once).
- Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Use spoon to add filling into muffin cups.
- Bake in preheated oven until well baked (20 to 25 minutes)
