After a bit of research and experimenting I came up with such recipe which got me totally excited because it's so delicious ,so easy to do and suits both Breakfast and Dinner. Slightly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. This Eggless egg omelet with Tuna is ideal breakfast with protein. .This protein content will make every athlete's heart leap for joy! .
3 canned Tuna( sauce removed)
2 cup gram flour (also called chickpea flour)
1 cup of water
2 tbs of yoghurt
2 medium tomatoes chopped gently
1/2 tsp hot red chilli
Chopped fresh garlic
Salt and Pepper for taste
2 tbs olive oil
150g unsalted butter for frying
- Add hot water , olive oil to flour , stir well. Then add ,to this mixture garlic, parsley, tomatoes , chili, yoghurt and Tuna. Mix all well.
- Add butter to a hot pan , once melted , add a 2 spoons of batter .
- Once it has golden brown color ( it takes about 7 minutes each side), flip it over to the other side to get cooked.
- Repeat the method.
- Serve hot !
