Who said it doesn’t snow in spring ? 🙂
Today is first day after Easter holidays. This year Easter was a bit challenging ,lots of delicious cakes , various yummy dishes and i still need to manage my diet plan 🙂 I had to taste every dish , who cannot say no , hihihi 🙂
Back to normal days , always first day after holidays is the hardest .
Today in Warsaw ,Poland , it was snowing this morning !! although it is spring lol .
I guess Spring is stuck somewhere. Hopefully , will visit us so sooon 🙂
Since i miss Spring but i am stuck in snowy weather , i prepared today very easy and healthy smoothie. I guess now , you knew why i named it Snowy spring smoothie 🙂
Ingredients are really not an issue. Just make sure to use fresh fruits. I used strawberries , kiwi fruit , oranges , black berries ( my favorite) and some Chia seed.
I added a homemade yogurt to them , give all the ingredients a good blend and let the magic begins 🙂 . Do you try doing a homemade yogurts? 🙂
Last thing , On the the top i used some sweets in shape of snow on the top of the smoothie 🙂
