Chocolate bounty Protein bars recipe sugarfree

Who doesn’t like chocolate bars? The issue with them is that they are full of sugar and processed fats :-/ I am coming today with a recipe for healthy sugarfree, glutenfree bars. Great snack after a session on the gym or a power yoga class 🙂

Ingredients:
  • 35 gr of coconut flour
  • 60 gr of coconut shreds
  • 140 ml of coconut milk
  • 50 gr of vanilla protein powder (I used ISO Whey Zero BioTech USA)
  • 170 gr of chocolate 85% of cocoa
  • 2 tbs of agave syrup (or other sweetener)

Mix all the ingredients except chocolate and syrup. Consistence should be thick so add some more coconut shreds or flour if needed. Form bars from the dough and keep them in the freezer for 1 hour. In the mean time melt the chocolate in the water bath and add to it the syrup. Get out the bars from the freezer. Cover the bars with chocolate and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Bon Appetit!
