I love oatmeal. Grab a quick and easy recipe for Sugar free, glutenfree oatmeal cookies with cranberries.
- 1 cup of oatmeal steel cut
- 1 cup of oat meal flour
- 200 gr of coconut milk
- 1 ts of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs of of honey / xylitol or other sweetener
- hand full of cranberries
- 20 gr of dark chocolate 85% of cocoa for topping
- cinnamon (optional) for topping
Mix all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (356F). Cover large pan with parchment paper. Form large cookies on the paper. Bake for 15-20 min until the cookie will be browned on the top. Cool down. Melt the chocolate in water bath. Sprinkle the cookies with cinnamon and spread the chocolate on it. Bon Appetit!
