This Spanish Omelette dish is very delicious and quick to prepare It can be served hot or cold and it is fantastic that you can  use  all kinds of ingredients ( Feta cheese , salami , pepper). They’ll all taste great. 

5 eggs 

2 pealed potatoes

2 medium size onion sliced

2 fresh garlic chopped

3 tbs olive oil

salt and pepper for taste


Cut the potatoes into thin slices.

Add 2 tbs of oil into a small frying pan over a medium heat, then add the onion and potatoes. Let them cook for 25-30 minutes.

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, season with salt and black pepper, then whisk together with a fork.

Pour the mixed eggs to the hot pan and let all the ingredients cook together until there’s almost no runny egg on top.

Serve hot or cold  with sliced bread and butter.
