We loved this tart. The combination of orange and fig is perfect. Hope you like it as well . 🙂
For the crust:
- 30g Coconut flour
- 50g Flour ( all purposes)
- 40ml Water
- 1 egg
- 30g Honey
- 15g Cocoa powder
- 20g butter ( not salted)
For the filling:
- 30g gelatin powder
- 200g yogurt
- Amount of 6 figs ( sliced)
- Amount of 4 oranges ( sliced
- 3 tbps honey
Melt the butter , mix it with egg , honey and water.
Add flour and cocoa powder to the mixture.
Grease baking mold ( i used used baking mold for a tart) and stick the dough to the bottom and the edges.
Bake for 15 to 20 mins 180c and then let it cool down.
In a bowl , mix well to dissolve the gelatin with 30 ml of boiling water. Leave it to cool down.
Add yogurt ,honey to the gelatin and mix all well.
Pour the mixture on the cake and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place the sliced figs and oranges on the top and refrigerate over night
P.S. You can sprinkle lemon juice on the fig so that it wont get darker.
