500g sour cream
220 dark chocolate ( 80% )
2 tsp Honey
In a small saucepan, heat cream and honey until it begins to simmer; pour over chocolate and whisk chocolate mixture until smooth.
With a teaspoon, scoop out chocolate mixture . Coat hands with cocoa and roll truffles into ball.
I have prepared 4 different tastes (Coconut powder, Cocoa powder , Nuts powder and Flax seed powder)
Dip the truffles balls in one of these taste powders.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Serve cold !
